I agree with Paul Butler

Various professors and others have been offering unsolicited advice to Erwin Chemerinsky.  I happen to agree with one professor, Paul Butler, who writes:

Erwin, the people who did not want you to have this job are dead white men who happen still to be alive.

Erwin, this couldn’t be more true. (Well, except for the part about the race of the guy that initially fired you.)  As most of us know, the percentage of zombies in law schools in higher than ever. Zombies are constantly requesting special accommodations. They stage sit-ins demanding brains full of mush in every vending machine! What started as tokenism now rules law schools!  When will it end?

Then, the freakin’ zombies can’t even march down the aisle at graduation like normal lawyers. Nobody will stop them (so far)! Just look at this public domain picture from my graduation.  See? Hardly any dead white women at all (the cute one on the lower right had a boyfriend).  This has to end! 

So, I agree with Professor Butler. Get the dead white men out of law schools now!  A good start would be reading this book.
