CA1: every claim is sacred; every claim is great; if a claim is wasted, the First gets quite irate

Padro v. Chao, No. 04-2638, vacates the entry of summary judgment against a discrimination plaintiff.  The magistrate judge entered summary judgment on one claim properly (based on the first transactions), but didn’t address the rest, so the First remands to figure out the rest.  Essentially, it seems the agency, and later the court didn’t consider the various claims seperately.
