CA1: Romanian ex-flyboy not that oppressed

Alexandrescu v. Mukasey, No. 07-2732 denies a petition for review in an asylum petition.  This guy sounds interesting.  He was a Romanian Air Force officer under the communists who complained that the ideological part of being a communism party member was interfering with his duties as a flyboy.  He was given a hard time about marrying a woman of Yugoslav dissent.  Eventually he became waiter on a cruise ship.

Okay, come on.  Romanian has changed.  We all know this.  He didn’t provide any specifics about why he would continue to be persecuted.

I really like this guy, but I have to agree with the government on this.
