CA1: notice probably received

Shah v. Mukasey, No. 07-2001 denies a petition for review in an asylum case brought by a native of Pakistan, but a citizen of Pakistan.  A deportation order was issued in absentia.  He claims he wasn’t actually informed.  The First says that the evidence that he got it was good enough.
