Price of Dildos Lowered in Texas

Just in time for Valentines Day, the Fifth Circuit finds a civil liberty that doesn’t involve the police (unless you are into that stuff) and protects it.  But C.f. Regalado v. State, 872 S.W.2d 7 (1994) (Brown, J., concurring) (“Here we go raising the price of dildos again. Since this appears to be the law in Texas I must concur.”).

I assume that in the coming months, the Sixth Circuit will protect fursuits.
