A lot of people that read this blog took courses in law school that dealt with the nature of law, and pondered the big questions of life, like, “What is law.” This is because we went to highly-ranked law schools which teach this stuff. People that went to low-ranked law schools only learn about “local law.”
Anyway, as you know, HLA Hart (rhymes with "Blah Mart") says that there are ways of distinguishing between classes of laws. Some are written. Some are not. Some involve behavior not in crackhouses. Some involve behavior in a crackhouse. But, in reading all his books and publications he never once mentioned Crackhouse Law. Anyway, in a post that will rock the blogosphere to its core, Saucy Vixen and “A Pubic Defender” have posted the actual written law of the crackhouse here.
