Florida Bar Hijinx

Legal Ethics Forum catalogues every attempt by the Florida bar to punish expression by lawyers.  These include: 1) criticizing a judge for taking away people's liberty; 2) telling people not to settle for less than they “deserve.”

Strangely, no attempts are made by the Florida bar to discipline government attorneys or large firms that claim that they 1) care about their clients more than others; or 2) are the premier law firm.
