Bad legal argument contest

Prawfsblawg, not only cited our post, but is holding a “bad legal arguments” contest, complete with rules.

After they get some results, I was going to see if people could post the worst judicial decision of the year.  But, this wouldn’t mean “bad resolution of identified legal ambiguous legal issues” but rather “mistakenly overlooked binding precedent or statute.”

Anyway, I digress.  Go to Prawfsblawg.
