How about that Judge Plough?
And speaking of judges, how about that Judge Plough? This is the guy that holds a public defender in contempt (resulting in jail) for having the audacity to suggest that he be given more than 2.5 hours to prepare after assignment for trial. (This public defender has a written policy of not taking to cases to trial without at least a 24-hour lead time, which apparently everyone knows about.) The judge also seems quite offended at the notion that someone from the public defender’s office might have alerted a local newspaper. Plough thinks that time to prepare for trial impedes justice or something.
Judge Plough is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. The dean of Boston University has yet to repudiate or endorse Judge Plough’s conduct. Boston University has a practice of posting black and white pictures of their graduates that had the good luck and networking ability to become members of the judiciary. It is unclear whether his picture is given that honor or not.
