McCormack on ERISA conflicts

Stephen Rosenberg of the McCormack Firm has an interesting article on Janeiro v. Urological Surgery Professional Association (our coverage here) entitled Proving a[n ERISA administrator] Conflict of Interest in the First Circuit.
