DC Circuit to US Parole Commission: Morrissey v. Brewer still is the law

SL&P reports that the DC Circuit remands Singletary v. US Parole Commission , No. 04-7013 (DC Cir. July 7, 2006) the USPS a parole revocation, with an opinion that concludes:

We emphasize that we are not deciding whether the evidence would have been sufficient to merit parole revocation if its reliability had been established or if it had been presented in a more trustworthy format. On this record, though, we are unable to conclude that the Board properly relied on the hearsay in question.
