US v. Rivera, No. 05-1366 affirms a guidelines sentence over a Booker objection. Although the court is somewhat mushy on the subject, it appears to reject the idea that state-federal sentencing disparity is to be considered by the court in departing from the guidelines absent "extraordinary" circumstances. Otherwise, the reasonableness point is rejected, because the lower court explained why he was getting the sentence.
