CA1: cancellation of removal not reviewable

Elysee v. Gonzales, No. 05-1171, dismisses a petition for review for lack of jurisdiction where the petitioner only asked for a “cancellation of removal.”  Some arguments regarding a deprivation of constitutional rights go nowhere because most of his testimony before the IJ just wasn’t credible.
