Digital Property Rights Debate Webcast

The Columbia Federalist Society sponsored a debate last week on the landmark case in digital property rights, Intel v. Hamidi in the California Supreme Court. Richard Epstein of the University of Chicago Law School, who wrote the amicus brief and was cited in the California Supreme Court opinion, debated Eben Moglen of Columbia Law School. The debate was taped and can be viewed online. The debate was excellent.
